Notice: As of January 18th, 2022, every residential address in the USA is eligible to order at-home Covid-19 test kits at no cost. Tests can be ordered online at COVIDtests.gov or by calling 1-800-232-0233. The phone line is open 5 am - 9 pm, 7 days a week.

Our Rapid Antigen Tests are documented by a licensed medical professional and include proof of results, unlike a home test kit.
URGENT CARE SERVICES
When to go to Urgent Care?
Colds, Flu, Respiratory infections, Strep throat, Urinary tract infection, Minor burns, Lacerations, Allergic reaction, Sprains, Closed fractures.
When to go to an ER or call 911?
Anything life threatening including chest pain, severe difficulty breathing, unconsciousness, severe headache, severe vomiting, uncontrollable bleeding, or anything that may require hospitalization.
CONCIERGE MEDICINE

The concierge model allows physicians to spend more time with each patient, building a meaningful connection that benefits the patient's overall care.
Being independently owned, our practitioners are able to explore options that may otherwise be restricted by insurance companies and HMOs.
Annual Membership Fee $2,000.00 per person / $3,000.00 for a couple.
