When you have a need for same day medical services, but don't require an emergency room or hospitalization. Saving you time and money.
We operate as a self-pay urgent care. Visits are $120 to see a provider. Additional services such as testing or procedures may incur additional charges.
Insurance:
We do accept Medicare for local seniors.
CONCIERGE CARE COSTS*
Annually renewable membership for Concierge Care Services. Concierge membership is not billed to insurance companies, as these fees are for services & amenities beyond MediCare-covered services. www.medicare.gov/coverage/concierge-care
Single Membership
$1,500.00
One adult
Family Membership
$2,500.00
Two adults and can include any children up to the age of 25
*Each practice is limited to 400 patients: -more personalized service, allow for longer appointment times, to build a partnership with your doctor that helps you make informed decisions about your medical needs.
